Refund Policy

1. Overview
MockupGen AI is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product that delivers digital content — specifically, AI-generated marketing mockups. Because the output of the Service is digital and produced on demand, refund eligibility is limited. This policy explains when and how you may request a refund.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation does not require contacting support — you can do it self-service through the Stripe Customer Portal accessible from your Settings page within MockupGen.
Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Your subscription will not renew, and no further charges will be made.
3. No Refunds for Partial Months
We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods. If you cancel your subscription mid-cycle, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period, but no prorated refund will be issued for the remaining days.
4. First-Time Subscriber Refund Window
If you are a first-time subscriber, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase, provided you have used no more than 1 generation during the subscription period. This allows you to test the Service before committing.
To qualify for this refund, all of the following must be true:
- It is your first paid subscription with MockupGen AI.
- The refund request is made within 7 calendar days of the subscription start date.
- You have used no more than 1 mockup generation during the subscription period.
If you have used 2 or more generations, no refund will be provided, as the Service has been materially consumed. Refund requests that do not meet all of the above criteria will be declined.
5. Technical Issues
If a verified technical issue on our end prevents you from generating mockups (for example, persistent server errors or processing failures not caused by your input), you may be eligible for a refund or credit at our discretion. To report a technical issue, please reach out through our contact form with the following information:
- Your account email address.
- A description of the issue and when it occurred.
- Any error messages or screenshots, if available.
We will investigate and respond within 5 business days. If we confirm the issue was caused by a fault in the Service, we will offer a refund or account credit as appropriate.
6. Free Tier Users
The free tier of MockupGen AI does not involve any payment. Since no billing occurs on the free tier, there is nothing to refund. If you are on the free tier and experience issues, you are welcome to reach out through our contact form and we will do our best to assist you.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, reach out through our contact form with the subject "Refund Request" and include:
- Your account email address.
- The date of purchase.
- The reason for the refund request.
We aim to process all refund requests within 5–10 business days. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method via Stripe.
8. How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time by following these steps:
- Log in to your MockupGen AI account.
- Navigate to Settings.
- Click Manage Subscription to open the Stripe Customer Portal.
- In the Stripe Customer Portal, select Cancel Plan.
Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Service. The updated policy will take effect on the date indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
